1. 账户与访问1. Account and Access
- 您需提供真实、完整的注册信息,并对账户安全负责。You must provide accurate registration information and maintain account security.
- 未经授权不得共享凭证、转售账号或绕过权限控制。Unauthorized credential sharing, account resale, or permission bypass is prohibited.
- 您应及时轮换 API 密钥、启用最小权限访问,并对账户下所有操作负责。You should rotate API keys, enforce least-privilege access, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
2. 服务范围2. Service Scope
- 平台提供出单、追踪、账单与对账相关功能,具体以实际开通能力为准。The platform provides shipment, tracking, billing, and reconciliation features subject to enabled capabilities.
- 承运商服务时效与履约结果受第三方网络和运营条件影响。Carrier SLA and fulfillment outcomes may depend on third-party network and operational conditions.
- 我们可基于维护、升级或安全需要对服务进行调整、限流或临时中断,并尽量提前通知。We may adjust, rate-limit, or temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or security and will provide advance notice where practicable.
3. 费用与结算3. Fees and Settlement
- 费用以系统账单与双方约定的商务条款为准。Fees are governed by system billing records and agreed commercial terms.
- 如发生争议,双方应基于订单、运单和费用明细进行核对。In case of disputes, both parties should reconcile by order, shipment, and charge-level records.
- 因地址错误、超重、偏远附加费、退件或承运商复核导致的后续费用,按实际发生计入。Post-adjustments caused by address issues, overweight parcels, remote surcharges, returns, or carrier re-rating are charged based on actual occurrence.
4. 可接受使用与合规4. Acceptable Use and Compliance
- 您应确保业务与货物符合适用法律、监管和承运商规则。You are responsible for ensuring goods and operations comply with applicable laws and carrier rules.
- 禁止利用平台从事违法、欺诈或影响平台稳定性的行为。Illegal, fraudulent, or platform-disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
- 不得上传恶意代码、批量异常请求、伪造轨迹或规避风控策略。You must not upload malicious code, generate abusive traffic, forge tracking events, or circumvent risk controls.
5. 知识产权与数据权利5. Intellectual Property and Data Rights
- 平台软件、文档、页面设计及相关标识的知识产权归 EasyShippingX 或其许可方所有。All software, documentation, site design, and marks are owned by EasyShippingX or its licensors.
- 您保留自身业务数据权利,并授权我们在提供服务所必要范围内处理该等数据。You retain rights to your business data and grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery purposes.
6. 服务可用性与免责声明6. Service Availability and Disclaimer
- 我们将合理努力维持服务稳定,但不保证服务始终无中断、无错误或适配所有业务场景。We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain stability but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service for all scenarios.
- 承运商履约、海关查验、天气或公共事件导致的延迟,不构成平台违约。Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or public events are outside platform warranty scope.
7. 责任限制与赔偿7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
- 在适用法律允许范围内,任何间接、附带、惩罚性损失不在赔偿范围内。To the extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, and punitive damages are excluded.
- 您因违规操作、违法发货或第三方权利侵害导致的索赔,应承担相应责任并使平台免责。You agree to indemnify the platform against claims arising from misuse, unlawful shipments, or third-party rights violations.
8. 暂停与终止8. Suspension and Termination
- 发生安全风险、逾期未结算或严重违规时,我们可暂停部分或全部服务访问。We may suspend access in case of security risk, overdue settlement, or material breach.
- 终止后,您仍应履行已产生的费用结算、合规配合与保密义务。After termination, accrued payment, compliance, and confidentiality obligations survive.
10. 承运商与 USPS 补充要求10. Carrier and USPS Supplement
- 您应遵守承运商及邮政服务(如 USPS)关于禁限寄、危险品、可寄递物品分类等规则。You must comply with carrier and postal rules (including USPS) on restricted items, hazardous materials, and mailability classifications.
- 因申报重量、尺寸、品类不准确导致的补收费、退回或拒收,相关责任由发件方承担。You are responsible for surcharges, returns, or rejections caused by inaccurate weight, dimensions, or shipment classification.
11. 补收费与付款授权11. Additional Charges and Payment Authorization
- 如承运商产生后补费用(例如地址更正、尺寸重算、偏远附加等),平台可按约定向您的结算方式扣收。If post-billing adjustments occur (e.g., address correction, dimensional re-rating, remote area fees), we may charge your designated payment method as agreed.
- 若原支付方式扣款失败,您应在通知后及时更换可用支付方式完成结算。If the original payment method fails, you must provide an alternative valid method after notice to settle outstanding charges.
12. 退款与保险索赔12. Refunds and Insurance Claims
- 退款申请应在规定时限内提交,并受承运商规则与审核结果约束。Refund requests must be submitted within the required window and are subject to carrier rules and review outcomes.
- 丢损索赔通常要求存在有效追踪扫描记录,并在承运商规定期限内发起。Loss/damage claims generally require valid tracking scan evidence and must be filed within carrier-defined claim windows.
- 保险购买不等同于自动全额赔付,具体赔付范围与金额以保险条款和承运商审核为准。Insurance purchase does not guarantee full payout; coverage and payable amounts depend on policy terms and carrier adjudication.
13. 第三方服务与外部链接13. Third-Party Services and External Links
- 平台可能展示承运商或第三方服务选项,但不构成对第三方的担保或背书。The platform may display carrier or third-party options, which does not constitute warranty or endorsement of those parties.
- 您与第三方之间的服务履约、争议处理和损失承担,按双方条款及适用法律执行。Performance, disputes, and liabilities between you and third parties are governed by your agreements with them and applicable law.
14. 不可抗力14. Force Majeure
因政府行为、网络中断、公共事件、自然灾害等超出合理控制范围的因素导致服务延迟或中断的,平台在法律允许范围内不承担违约责任,但将尽合理努力恢复服务。 Where delays or interruptions are caused by events beyond reasonable control (including government action, network outages, public emergencies, or natural disasters), we are not liable for breach to the extent permitted by law, while using reasonable efforts to restore service.
15. 条款更新与联系15. Updates and Contact
我们可能根据业务与合规要求更新本条款。更新后的条款发布后生效,继续使用服务即表示接受更新。 We may update these terms based on business and compliance requirements. Updated terms take effect upon publication, and continued use indicates acceptance.
