Typically, we need your legal company name and registered address, registration document, authorized signatory and contact details, account and billing emails, and U.S. shipping-origin addresses with ZIP codes. We prepare the agreement after receiving the details, then create the account and confirm applicable services after signature.
No. You can begin with the portal or Excel bulk upload, then evaluate the API as your workflow and systems require. Confirm account setup, enabled services and handoff arrangements before your first shipments.
Select carriers using origin, destination, weight, dimensions, coverage and delivery requirements. In the API workflow, your system receives available services and quotes, selects a service, then creates the shipment. Your team controls carrier selection.
An API connection can be evaluated. Share your current system, intended workflow and technical contact so we can review data mapping and the connection approach. Native connectors for individual platforms need to be confirmed separately.
Share the full shipping address, ZIP code, estimated daily volume and carrier mix to review applicable arrangements. Sort parcels by carrier as required. Handoff locations, cutoffs and pickup conditions need to be confirmed for each service and warehouse.
Creating a label does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. Check the physical handoff and first carrier scan, then share the tracking number, label creation time, handoff time and available evidence for review.
Initial charges use the declared shipment details. Carrier weight or dimension audits and applicable surcharges can lead to later adjustments. Have the shipment reference, original measurements, quote and billing line ready for a detailed review.
Label cancellations or refunds concern the label and its applicable usage rules. Loss or damage claims concern the shipment and carrier review. Share the shipment reference and supporting documents for assistance. Eligibility, deadlines and outcomes follow the applicable carrier rules.
