FAQ

Does this tool show final billed cost?

This tool returns quotation results for quick comparison. Final billed amounts can still vary by surcharge rules and account terms.

How are cheapest and fastest labels selected?

Cheapest is based on the lowest total price. Fastest is assigned to the shortest estimated delivery time when ETA data is available.

Which weight is used for carrier pricing?

The visualization uses a DIM estimate with divisor 166 for inches and pounds, or 6000 for centimeters and kilograms. Carrier rules and returned quotes determine actual billing; these estimates do not override a service-specific divisor or threshold.

What is a shipping calculator?

A shipping calculator compares quoted shipping rates across carriers so you can quickly see which service is cheapest for your package size, weight, and destination.

How to calculate shipping costs?

Enter ZIP codes, weight, and package dimensions, then compare the returned rates against billable weight to understand the final cost driver.

How to find cheapest shipping?

Compare shipping rates across multiple carriers, look for the cheapest and fastest labels, and check whether dimensional weight is inflating the billable weight.

Inputs, services, and quote boundaries

For 3PL/4PL evaluation, use matching U.S. origin ZIP, destination, packed weight, dimensions, and contents; retain returned services and request time. The result represents this endpoint response, not a client rate card, transport-to-tender costs, final accessorials, or customs arrangements. With no results, check inputs and enabled services before inferring carrier coverage.

For batch-order and final-invoice evaluation, request a rate review. To connect quotation to a WMS/OMS, see the API product and onboarding evaluation.

Enter origin and destination ZIPs, actual weight, and packed dimensions. Imperial inputs use lb or oz and inches; metric inputs use kg and cm, converted to lb and inches for the quotation request.

This tool displays the services returned by the public quotation endpoint, which may include USPS, GOFO, or UniUni. Every carrier and product is not available on every lane. No returned quote does not prove a destination is unserviceable. A quote does not purchase a label or guarantee later measurement, commodity eligibility, or final billed charges.

For a directional recommendation, use the Carrier Fit Advisor. For warehouse or 3PL account rates, bring an order sample segmented by origin to the rate assessment. For automation, review the API product page.
