Terms of Service

These terms apply to the EasyShippingX portal and related API services. By using the service, you agree to the terms below.

Effective date: 2026-03-05 (Asia/Shanghai). If you have executed a separate MSA or order form with EasyShippingX, such agreement will prevail and these Terms apply as supplemental terms.

0. Eligibility and Authority

  • You represent that you are authorized to bind your organization and that internal users are properly authorized.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any licenses or qualifications required by your jurisdiction.

1. Account and Access

  • You must provide accurate registration information and maintain account security.
  • Unauthorized credential sharing, account resale, or permission bypass is prohibited.
  • You should rotate API keys, enforce least-privilege access, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Service Scope

  • The platform provides shipment, tracking, billing, and reconciliation features subject to enabled capabilities.
  • Carrier SLA and fulfillment outcomes may depend on third-party network and operational conditions.
  • We may adjust, rate-limit, or temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or security and will provide advance notice where practicable.

3. Fees and Settlement

  • Fees are governed by system billing records and agreed commercial terms.
  • In case of disputes, both parties should reconcile by order, shipment, and charge-level records.
  • Post-adjustments caused by address issues, overweight parcels, remote surcharges, returns, or carrier re-rating are charged based on actual occurrence.

4. Acceptable Use and Compliance

  • You are responsible for ensuring goods and operations comply with applicable laws and carrier rules.
  • Illegal, fraudulent, or platform-disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
  • You must not upload malicious code, generate abusive traffic, forge tracking events, or circumvent risk controls.

5. Intellectual Property and Data Rights

  • All software, documentation, site design, and marks are owned by EasyShippingX or its licensors.
  • You retain rights to your business data and grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery purposes.

6. Service Availability and Disclaimer

  • We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain stability but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service for all scenarios.
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or public events are outside platform warranty scope.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

  • To the extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, and punitive damages are excluded.
  • You agree to indemnify the platform against claims arising from misuse, unlawful shipments, or third-party rights violations.

8. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend access in case of security risk, overdue settlement, or material breach.
  • After termination, accrued payment, compliance, and confidentiality obligations survive.

10. Carrier and USPS Supplement

  • You must comply with carrier and postal rules (including USPS) on restricted items, hazardous materials, and mailability classifications.
  • You are responsible for surcharges, returns, or rejections caused by inaccurate weight, dimensions, or shipment classification.

11. Additional Charges and Payment Authorization

  • If post-billing adjustments occur (e.g., address correction, dimensional re-rating, remote area fees), we may charge your designated payment method as agreed.
  • If the original payment method fails, you must provide an alternative valid method after notice to settle outstanding charges.

12. Refunds and Insurance Claims

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the required window and are subject to carrier rules and review outcomes.
  • Loss/damage claims generally require valid tracking scan evidence and must be filed within carrier-defined claim windows.
  • Insurance purchase does not guarantee full payout; coverage and payable amounts depend on policy terms and carrier adjudication.

13. Third-Party Services and External Links

  • The platform may display carrier or third-party options, which does not constitute warranty or endorsement of those parties.
  • Performance, disputes, and liabilities between you and third parties are governed by your agreements with them and applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

Where delays or interruptions are caused by events beyond reasonable control (including government action, network outages, public emergencies, or natural disasters), we are not liable for breach to the extent permitted by law, while using reasonable efforts to restore service.

15. Updates and Contact

We may update these terms based on business and compliance requirements. Updated terms take effect upon publication, and continued use indicates acceptance.
