Start with SwiftX through EasyShippingX

Available workflow

Use the Portal, Excel, or API for domestic economy (ECO) rating, labels, and tracking. Add EXP, pickup scheduling, or other service needs to the quote request.

Check delivery and pickup separately

Check delivery ZIPs, then the origin warehouse’s pickup or tender eligibility. Pickup entries, delivery gateways, and assigned drop-off addresses differ; do not travel to an entry city without confirmed arrangements.

What to send

Send origin ZIPs, 30–90 days of destination data or representative orders, monthly volume, weight, dimensions, contents, requested service, and current carrier. Include pickup/drop-off and Portal/Excel/API preferences.

Validate a small batch

Verify current coverage, service code, full charges, tender location, and cutoff. Pilot first scan, tracking numbers in their supported entries, available POD, exceptions, and final billing before scaling with a validated fallback.

What SwiftX is

SwiftX was founded in May 2025 for the U.S. eCommerce delivery market. Headquartered in Eastvale, California, it expands capacity through delivery service partners. Query shipment ZIPs for the matching delivery area and transit estimate.

Service choices and digital fulfillment capabilities

SwiftX OpenAPI covers pre-shipment queries, orders, labels, pickup, tracking, delivery, and reconciliation. After selecting a matching lane in EasyShippingX, these steps can follow one shipping workflow.

Service selection

ECO, EXP, and delivery methods

The documentation defines domestic and international orders plus ECO, EXP, home-delivery, and self-pickup choices. Confirm the combinations available to the account and lane.

Order and tender

From order creation to pickup

Documented workflows include order creation, label retrieval or printing, pickup scheduling and cancellation, and cancellation of orders not yet collected.

Visibility and evidence

Tracking, status updates, and POD

Tracking can cover pickup, transit, station arrival, out-for-delivery, failure, delivery, and return events, with proactive status notifications. POD is available when a delivered shipment has images, and some events may include measured weight and dimensions.

From pre-shipment planning to reconciliation

01

Evaluate price and lane fit

Price prediction considers weight, dimensions, addresses, service type, and delivery method, with categories such as base transportation, fuel, remote area, and oversize. Predictions are for evaluation; the active contract and invoice control final charges.

02

Create and tender shipments

Orders, labels, and pickup scheduling can connect through the API. For pickup service, include the warehouse ZIP, date, volume, and cutoff requirement in the request.

03

Monitor transit and delivery

Single and batch tracking support customer-service monitoring, while proactive notifications keep order systems current. POD is provided only when the delivered shipment has images and should not be represented as a fixed count for every parcel.

04

Reconcile charges and exceptions

Batch charge queries support reconciliation, while events identify failed delivery and returns. The documentation also includes third-party final-mile and return workflows whose availability must be confirmed by account and product.

Delivery ZIPs, pickup ZIPs, and entry gateways

Unsupported addresses: Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO military or diplomatic addresses and PO Box addresses is not supported, even when the destination ZIP is within the coverage area.

Information needed for a quote

Share the origin ZIP, destination ZIP, product, weight, dimensions, and contents to match delivery coverage and pickup entries. The quote then adds transit, price, parcel limits, and tender arrangements.

  • Service names, delivery commitments, cutoffs, weekends, and holiday schedules.
  • Weight, dimensions, dimensional weight, HAZMAT, perishables, and prohibited-item rules.
  • Signatures, photo POD, reattempts, returns, claims, liability limits, and insurance.
  • Public rates, surcharges, fuel, remote-area fees, and minimum volume.
  • Coverage update frequency and ZIP additions or removals between dates.

Potential advantages supported by public positioning

  • Purpose-built for U.S. eCommerce: the stated network mission centers on eCommerce express rather than an adjacent freight product.
  • Technology-led direction: the site highlights real-time tracking, smart logistics systems, and automated sortation.
  • Open delivery-partner model: the network recruits DSPs and describes system and training support.
  • Published seven-day support hours: listed Monday-to-Sunday availability can help with weekend delivery inquiries.

  2. Validate pickup, tender, and cutoff arrangements for the applicable LAX, EWR, ORD, DFW, ATL, or MIA entry gateway and pickup ZIP.
  3. Confirm parcel limits, commodity rules, signatures, POD, reattempts, returns, and claims in writing.
  4. Obtain the full rate card and surcharge rules and recalculate total cost on real orders.
  5. Pilot in fallback-protected ZIPs and record first scan, events, delivery, exception response, and billing variance.
